Why screens
Your patio, without the bugs, glare and wind
A patio cover handles the rain overhead. Retractable screens handle everything that comes in from the sides.
Mosquitoes stay outside
Houston’s mosquito season runs most of the year. Lower the screens at dusk and keep using the patio after dark.
Less glare and heat
Solar fabric stops the low afternoon sun that gets under a patio cover and makes a west-facing patio unusable.
Holds in afternoon storms
Zipper-track systems lock the fabric edge in its track, so the screen stays put in gusty weather instead of flapping.
Disappears when you don’t need it
No permanent enclosure and no mesh walls blocking the view. When the screens are up, the patio looks the way it was designed.
Remote, switch or smart home
One button lowers every screen. Add a wall switch, or connect to a compatible smart-home hub for schedules and voice control.
Made for your openings
Every screen is built to the size of its opening, with a wide choice of fabric colors and openness levels.
More usable space
A new outdoor room, without building one
A room addition means foundations, framing, permits and months of construction. Motorized screens turn the covered patio you already have into a room you can use most of the year, for typically much less than adding on.
And unlike an addition or a permanent enclosure, it opens back up. Raise the screens and you have your patio, your view and your breeze again.

Service areas
Serving Greater Houston from Sugar Land
We install motorized screens across Fort Bend County, Houston and the surrounding suburbs.
Don’t see your city? Call (281) 868-4796 and ask.
How much do patio screens cost?
Every screen is made for a specific opening, so the price depends on how many openings you have, their size, the fabric, the track system and the controls you choose. We give you a written quote after measuring at your free consultation, and we don’t guess at prices without seeing the patio.
What is a zipper-track system?
In a zipper-track system, the side edges of the fabric have a strip that stays locked inside the side tracks. The screen holds its shape in wind instead of billowing, and there’s no gap at the edges for bugs to get through.
Can I leave the screens down during a storm?
Zipper-track screens hold up to everyday wind and afternoon thunderstorms far better than loose screens, but no fabric screen is a storm shutter. For tropical storms, hurricanes or high wind warnings, raise the screens into their housings.
Do I need HOA approval?
Many HOAs and some cities require approval for exterior changes. Check your guidelines before installation. We can provide product details, color options and fabric samples to include with your application.
