About Houston Patio Screens

We’re a Sugar Land company that designs and installs motorized retractable patio screens for homes across Greater Houston. Patio screens are all we do, from the first measurement to the final walkthrough.

Why we focus on patio screens

Houston homes are built for outdoor living: big covered patios, outdoor kitchens, pools. Then the climate gets in the way. Mosquitoes, low afternoon sun, sticky evenings and sudden storms push people back inside, and a patio that cost real money ends up mostly empty.

Motorized screens solve most of that without giving up the open-air feel that made you want a patio in the first place. Lower them when the bugs come out or the sun gets low. Raise them and the patio is open again.

Doing one thing lets us do it carefully: knowing which fabric works for which problem, which track system suits an exposed lot, and how to fit a screen to an opening that isn’t quite square.

What we install

Every system is motorized, retractable and built to the size of your openings. The fabric and setup change with the problem you’re solving.

Built around Houston weather

The screens we recommend are chosen for what Houston patios actually deal with:

  • Mosquito season that starts early and runs late, especially near lakes, bayous and detention ponds
  • Low afternoon sun that slips under the patio cover on west-facing patios
  • Afternoon thunderstorms and gusty fronts that make loose screens flap and pull free
  • Close neighbors and two-story homes that look down onto patios and pools
  • HOA and city rules that make permanent enclosures harder to get approved

How we work

  • One point of contact

The same team answers your first call, schedules your consultation, writes your quote and follows up after install. You never get passed around.

  • Straight answers

If a screen isn’t the right fix for your patio, or you only need one opening instead of four, we’ll tell you. A smaller job done right beats a bigger one you didn’t need.

  • Made to measure

Every screen is built for its own opening. Patio posts are rarely perfectly square, and a screen that doesn’t fit its opening won’t seal against bugs or hold in the wind.

  • Clear written quotes

Every screen, fabric, track system and control is spelled out in writing, with an expected timeline. No pressure to sign on the spot, and no surprises later.

  • Respect for your home

We show up when we say we will, protect your floors and furniture while we work, and clean up before we leave.

  • Here after the install

Questions about your remote, a screen that needs adjusting, or care before a storm: you call the same number you called the first time.

Where we work

We’re based in Sugar Land and install screens across Fort Bend County, the city of Houston and the surrounding suburbs. Each area page covers what matters for patios there, from HOA review to wind on open lots.
